Consent Wording Template
Until you’ve sold (or negotiated for the sale of) a product to a consumer then if you want to send marketing to that consumer you’re going to need to get “consent” from them. This must be “Informed”, “Specific” and “Granular” (the consumer must know what they’re agreeing to) and must result in an “Affirmative Act” (i.e. the consumer will need to tick a box or otherwise show consent, it cannot be assumed).
